If he had not made that dumb decision to pinch there would have been no two on one - that decision ended the game. He's a dumb defenseman and was on for PLENTY of goals against this playoffs. He's not good.

He is honestly our version of Ian Cole IMO. He is fine on a third pair. Had 30+ points but he won't wow you. I am fine with him. He is cheap and better than what you will pay on the market for similar $ too IMO.

Brooks is the only beat writer who (at least previously) had any sort of inside info. Still a reason they are called trade "rumors" though.

is tuch worse now ? this kid has enormous talent and adds an element down low this team could really use.

stepan for dumba and tuch would seem to me to be a great hockey trade.

dumba is a solid 23 yr old top 4 guy and tuch becomes our #1 forward prospect by alot.

Tuch is better now, but he's not progressing as fast as i would have thought by now. There's still uncertainty there which is not something i want when trading the #1 C.

Let's not also forget that in his heart of hearts Larry is a Devils guy through and through. Never says a bad word about that organization because they used to employ him.

He still treats the Devils and Isles better than the Rangers imo despite our much better record the last 10 years or so.
