It could also be his neck. Honestly it looks like a stinger which could last up to a few weeks. Weird nothing is reported yet.

That's the thing, Zads doesn't do this at all. Most "tough stay at home D" don't do this, but NEMETH has done it consistently for his whole career - that's why I love him.

Russo has his own podcast and Kenny Albert was his guest. Russo said he has feeling Greenway at one point with wind up on the Rangers because of Quinn. Russo didn't realize the Rangers are carrying three goaltenders.

On the Russo-Souhan podcast, Russo thinks the Wild will look for sign a free agent goaltender this summer.

I felt like Sam mentioned him a bit too much yesterday. Was sort of going in depth on him, talking about his Collegiate career even though he cited the wrong team.

no cap friendly tweeted out a list of active players subject to recapture penalty and he was not on the list. that only applies to deal 8+ years long signed under the old cba. so it doesn't apply to hank. I thought he was subject to it but cap friendly is normally pretty good with that stuff.

I would guess that with Staal down with the flu, the flu running through the team as mentioned last night and ADA's slight injury Keane is insurance for the road trip and a bit of a reward for solid play this year

If you were to paint a perfect picture for setting up next season, it would include this team getting a taste of what it feels like to chase a playoff spot, still coming away with a good pick in this draft that can start sooner rather than later, and then building off both of those elements next season.

Given Gorton’s approach in the past, I doubt that’s something they’ll do with their own pick.

Wonder if a loss like last night by the Avs to the Caps will make Sakic sense he needs to add more to his lineup. Odds on the Avs making a run with a St Louis adding a Kreider would likely diminish while I don’t think a Blues team would want a Kreider in Colorado.
