Thats my guess unless the Rangers wanted him 5 or 6, might raise the price to 8/8.5 for less years. He's not getting 10M

I’d think at this point Minny and Rangers both have a pretty solid idea of what they are willing to give up as a package. I don’t think medical records would do much except clear up the extent of how severe/non severe the injury is.

Agreed. I think its especially obvious that BUFFALO doesn't think the medical records will help the proposed offers. Kind of a red flag there in and of itself.

I dont know why we dont have interest in him? He was on pace for a 30 goal season. If the idea is "2 offensive centers" (Eichel/Zib this yer hypothetically), why not be interest in a guy who would be cheaper? I mean sure he's another one with only a year left which could play a factor.
