Thats why I said at this point its impossible to determine the depth of 2023. They barely played last year we are essentially going off 15 year old seasons. As of now it looks pretty loaded

Always admire people that tries to get something done, but he for example made a big deal of Othman's scoring going down Y2Y but didn't recognize it was a player moving from the OHL to second tier hockey in Switzerland at the age of 17. Has that move ever been done before? Probably never before. You cannot interpret those stats unless you have something to compare to. From my POV this means that he has not realized that he is starting from the wrong end. As a starting point, it is probably only when you have loads of data that you can start to analyze a player. Just looking at production in the case of Othman, you literary can't have 0.1% of the data that is required to draw any conclusions from it. What is the quality of competition in the two leagues? What was the kids usage in both leagues? And so forth. Its basically like he got a math question "How young is the youngest daughter in the Smith family?" and the only clue he has is that they have a dog named Tim, and then he tweets that youngest daughter probably is 34 years and 3 months. Sure it is possible that there is some likeliness for that answer, but its nothing but a pretty wild guess in the end, right?

He is free to keep guessing, but if his guesses are that unfounded, I wouldn't put any value in them. JMHO.

I am absolutely against including Schneider in any deal for Eichel. Not even sure we should include Lundkvist.

If Buffalo were to get a 2022 1st out of any deal with any team that’s generally speaking a more desirable commodity than a 2021 1st.
