If I had to pick a player, I'd say he reminds me of Todd Harvey.
He can stir things up, skate a little bit, chip in the occasional goal and throw some timely hits but that's about it.
Yah if Todd Harvey was 6’2 and 205 lbs!

we dont know what the ask from Minn was.I feel like theyre just being sadistic f***s towards the rangers at this point. The asks from every other team are pathetic in comparison
If we get Danault, we're the best team in the East imo
it entirely depends on danault's cap hit. but i almost want a ck/danault/goodrow 3rd.I dunno that’s just a lot for a “3rd line” unless Kreider is playing top 6 with Laf moving to the right
Baby steps from overpaying bad players. We overpaid for decent but not great players
It's the Yankees in 2018 all over again.I feel like theyre just being sadistic f***s towards the rangers at this point. The asks from every other team are pathetic in comparison
Strome, Buch, Jones and a first was way better than that deal.
he signed here through 2026. He is a left winger, not a general manager. He doesnt get a say in the roster constructionI can tell you now Breadman's gonna be disenfranchised if Strome is gone. First, Blackwell, then Buch, and possibly Strome.
The Twitter aspect of this is about the tendency for pretty much every organization to overreact to bad PR nowadays. They bow to the Twitter mob while mistakenly thinking that Twitter reflects the opinions of most people in real life. It simply doesn’t.The ADA situation was also driven by the player. At a certain point a player who's essentially "warned" you're on your last strike, who then mouths off to his own goalie... yeah he did that to himself.
The report we got was that he had been fine in 19-20, but couldn't shut up in the locker room at the start of the season and was really pissing people off.
Thats on him not Twitter.
That is a such a pathetic ask compared to what they have been demanding from the Rangers.
Trade him too. The team is trying to win a Cup not stack Art Ross Trophies for him.I can tell you now Breadman's gonna be disenfranchised if Strome is gone. First, Blackwell, then Buch, and possibly Strome.

I see Brooks is suggesting in the opening the possibility of moving Strome while adding BOTH Eichel and Danault to next season’s team, which would include Zibanejad — at least for next season. I just dont know how the cap would work then. If it does work, that is an all in move stating we are going for it. There would be no other way to look at it if you plan to make all 3 centers work for one year, that you are self-renting Zibanejad and likely letting him walk at year’s end. I do like the idea of upgrading Rooney.
But for one year, assuming Strome and Chytil would be on the way out, could this all fit for next season:
Panarin-Zibanejad-Kravtsov
Lafreniere-Eichel-Kakko
Kreider-Goodrow-Blais
Barron-Rooney-Perry/Ritchie
Lindgren-Fox
Miller-Trouba
Nemeth-Lundkvist
Igor
Hank/other

Yeah that’s essentially where I was going with it.yes they can make it work for THIS season then I guess it would be Eichel/Danault going forward
I would think we'd see at least one other source saying theyre close, but who knows.Apparently Reilly Smith has a NTC that expires at midnight. So if that IS the ask, could explain why it hasn't gone down yet.
