Tough to imagine what would go through your head when you know this is about to happen...but now I can’t stop thinking of how much worse it would be to know it was happening to your daughter too.

This is heartbreaking

His daughter came out and said he was not on the Helicopter

Just more trash reporting.

Thank you!!! The people of Los Angeles thanks you!!! We’re getting the most inaccurate and accurate reports it’s ridiculous right now.

If you could have a do-over in life, would you choose Kobe's life if it meant you died at 41, or would you relive your own life if it meant you could live until 82?

And do you think Kobe would still be an NBA superstar if it meant he'd be dead at 41?

It’s hard to understand his impact if you didn’t live or grow up here during that time. Like Sandy Koufax and Magic Johnson before him, he was the king of LA.

He’s always been a childhood icon. He’s brought racial demographics. As well tensions rising to a slow halt. When you ever mentioned Kobe Bryant it was a conversation starter. He will forever be missed. Everyone adored him.

The news broke around 2:30 an hour before a game was going to start. They weren't just going to cancel and kick all the fans already in there, out.
Except there are plenty of examples of where that type of situation has happened in sports. And do you really think those fans want to be watching a game or those players playing after hearing that? Literally nobody would've objected had they called the game.

I imagine it is comparable to how Chicago reacted when Payton passed away

It truly was a moment when entire city/region just wanted to cry

20,000 people attended public memorial at Soldier Field

Just a sad sad story. I'm a few yrs. younger than what he was so I got to watch all his career. Such a special player. One of the all time greats. Thoughts are with his family at this time.

Easy. My own life.
Personally never wish to be anyone else.
