Nick the issue with the BMWs is rarely the engine. The German engine will do things and stuff for 300k miles. The problem is changing the radio station fries the ECU, so it never works when you need it.
Maybe we need a second Rick Nash for parts...
By the way, do you still drive your Model T?
No way he has 20 goals by the deadline.
Probably in the 10-15 range.
I probably should've specified that I meant on pace for 15-20, as opposed to being at 15-20.
I think Nash has played very well, little to show for it. People look at the amount he makes and well yeah he is paid to put up offense. If Nash was making around the 4 million range don't think people would be all over him. I love his two way play, and think the goals will come if he can keep this up. Not sure how his possession numbers have been , but think it's just been bad luck with Nash. I mean sooner or later someone is going to have to remove the black cat from his locker, right?
I have seen more excuses for Nash than actual goals. Yes, his two way play is appreciated. But he is here to be the team's top goal scorer.I think Nash has played very well, little to show for it. And if this is nothing but bad luck, it has been going on for quite some time.

I understand that, but so what? I was afraid that Smith would regress after signing a big deal. I never really wanted Shattenkirk, but at least the years are palatable. Nash? He is what he is. Not sure what he will get on the open market. Plus, add to that his disappearance form the playoff scoring sheet and I think that he will be lucky to get half the yearly value of the deal. It`s Nash contract year and if Rangers don`t sign him - he knows that someone else will certainly sign him as UFA, and that worry me that so many players in NHL from NA seems to be affected by that. Brendan Smith is another player - he is merely a shadow of himself after playoffs in April and he just signed a new contract.
I don't know why we brought this guy here to begin with. He admits he doesn't like the spotlight. Then WTF are you doing in New York?!! I can't stand what this team has become...AGAIN!
Yup. Didn't work that way at all and he gave us ONE good season. One.I think the hope was that with Gaborik and Nash popping in 60-80 goals between them, the Rangers would finally have the high powered offensive weapons to reach the promised land.
So they plunder a system which is slightly better than completely barren like it was a year ago? I cannot believe that when Gorton looks in the mirror he sees anything besides a team that MAY be first round fodder, if they make it at all. I would like to think he is not quite that stupid. As much as I would like to or think they should trade Nash, to me it is not there MO. To me they will be somewhere in the 6-10 range come the deadline and will pull off trades like the Staal, Yandle, or St. Louis ones thinking they need a shot in the arm to either secure a PO slot or add vet depth for the playoffs. Which is wrong as they need to delete Nash for futures.
