What RHD are available at the TDL that could be a cheap pickup for the Bolts who are severely lacking on the right side especially with Cernak and Bogo being injury prone this season.

Guessing someone like Joseph or Raddysh/Katchouk could be available for the right player, as well as our 1st this year or next

Luke Schenn has been playing well and TBL has some familiarity with him. Solid physical #6. Hamonic is slightly better but has a 3m cap hit. Poolman is a little worse but has 3 more years on his contract.

I'm guessing Schenn would be by far the most appealing for Tampa. Price would be a mid round pick.

Mete is an LHD. Very much doubt Tampa is gonna be fitting Brown in to be a #8D making 1.2m.

They would and should pay a kings ransom for Zub, but he's one of the last guys we should be trading. Any trade would start with Cernak and then some, which leaves TB still looking for a RHD with even fewer non-roster assets with which to do so.

Definitely no need for a gamebreaker. Basically looking for someone to come in and do what David Savard did, if possible. Play a solid game and don't cough up pucks.

Zub isn't going to get traded and Tampa isn't going to trade Cernak. I said that in the post you quoted. But Zub is a top pairing, or at least top 3 D signed for very cheap. His value would be enormous. I am a big fan of Cernak but it is clear you don't know much about Zub.

Because he's better. Cernak is far more physical, Zub is a slightly better one-on-one defender and is better in transition. He's more versatile and can handle a wider array of duties.

Really don't think we're looking for offense back there right now. We need a guy who can settle things down.
