Some of you just love to whine about the refs Boston had 4 pps we had 3. You’ll never play a game where you have 100% fair calls you gotta win sometimes despite them.

This game was lost on the big 4. 3 pps and they did Jack shit. 5v5 and they did Jack shit. At some point your top guys gotta be well the top guys

We pay them 40 mil for what? To get 15 shots and 0 goals? To be an aggregate -4? They gotta step up, the Reffing is what it is
A penalty in 3-on-3 is more significant than 5 on 5. How do you reverse a call?

Need to end the Matthew’s experiment with Bunting and jarnkrok. Talk about neutering your best player.

Decent game overall, tough building to play in, had a great second, then the refs decided to start calling stuff in OT. We suck at 3:3.

Good game for ROR to get back in it, looked strong on the puck. Finger held up fine.

Now just get your lines set Keefe, stop mucking around.

Refs aside the Laafs had a lead late and ended up losing in OT.. poor script.

Rielly played Coyle too tentatively and made it hard for Sammy to read the shot to boot.

Nice to see some physical hard play though to tune up for the playoffs.
Bad turnover didnt help, Schenn had somd trouble with pressure tonight

Funny enough he gave the “off the glass” advice last week to the media and it bit us in the ass tonight. Though to be fair it was a really good keep by the Bruins defender and Tavares and Nylander should’ve done a lot more to make sure that puck got out.
Yeah, I had mentioned earlier that the bruin made a great play to keep it in. As soon as that puck stayed in, you had to know where it was ultimately destined.

Especially for the stupid shoot out. I hate it. Either go back to regular season ties or extend the OT

I'd even be okay with them running 3v3 for 10 mins (even though I'd rather just have a tie after 10 minutes of 5v5 or something).... but ya, the shootout is ridiculous.

Hate losing to Boston, but hoping we are clinching home ice for the playoffs tonight with a Tampa loss.

Glad no one got hurt and we are one game closer to the playoffs.

Really hoping Boston pulls the Islanders as an opponent in their first round. That will be an absolute slobber-knocker of a brawl. They will beat the spit out of each other........

If this is the team that shows up in the playoffs, then I'm feeling confident in any round.

I don't get all the complaints. They are playing great.

Matthews with a sure goal, but gets tripped behind the net, f***ing ref looking right at, we see you rigging it NHL, what a joke

Then Rielly lifts a stick in 3 on 3 OT and it's somehow a penalty. I don't understand how this shit is possible.

I'm not even pissed that they reversed that call.

What I'm pissed off about is that if that was the Leafs getting the penalty they would have never reviewed that.

P.S where was that Phantom high stick call on Kerfoot in game 6 last year that the refs should have reviewed but they didn't?
Agree completely

Like when we used to play Ottawa.

Our big 4 have to find a way to be influential on the scoresheet in playoff games. Even if it's just PP goals.
3 of the big 4 played on a single line.

And Matthews performed better and generated more chances on his own than they did.

As much as 58 and 19 are good players/stories, 34 needs an actual peer on his line because otherwise he's being hamstrung for the hell of it.

f*** it, put up a line of 58 - 34 - 90 followed by 88 - 91 - 16
