Like one game and you can argue that was an outlier. Because they never scratched Iglina or Beauchemin for long periods either. Only player they scratched was Hejduk and that was more about Sacco being a weirdo. Again, the Avs as an organisation will either buy him out or trade him instead of scratching him.

In and out of the lineup, pointless in 14 games, how did he look so far? Just staying healthy most of the year would be big for this kid this season

He was scratched for 2 games I believe, and he's been much better since then. Has been inconsistent, but the flashes are there. Honestly it's what most expected as he's only played 1 season of AHL hockey prior to this.
Hopefully he stays healthy and COL can shelter him. He probably stands a better chance of success on a third pair until he’s past any concussion issues.
There was a time before the injury bug I thought he was on track to be a top-pairing defenseman. I still think he’ll become a solid top-4 guy.

Coyotes fans, where you think he slot on your lineup? Top pairing? Second pairing? Third pairing? Some PP time perhaps?
Armstrong said he can play top four minutes immediately. Right now our blueline could look like:
Chychrun-Stralman
Ghost-Timmins
Provlonov-Lybushkin
Cappobianco/Moser/Sodastrom as fillers or spot stealers.
I feel like we need another bottom pairing guy to replace one of the Russians but that's the general feel right now.

Very well believe he'll be a top 4 d man, hopefully the yotes give him the chance and time to prove it, just his past concussion injury is a concern.

Arizona’s defense this year is easily worst in the league. He will be given every opportunity.
He's a bottom pair guy at this point but he will be top 4 on that tire fire. He still has potential to a top 4 guy, hopefully he won't be overwhelmed by how terrible this team will be.

At this point he should look into other career options as sad as it is too say. I’m impressed that he has managed to maintain positive and dedicated with all that has happened to him.
Pretty much this as I don't see him having any sort of NHL career at all with his history of injuries.

he’ll be back. this kid has fought as hard as anyone to overcome setbacks and showcase his talent in the NHL. That it’s not a head injury is the only silver lining.
