Most of your ratings are pretty similar to mine (+/- 1). I was trying to be realistic based on the roster update from the end of last season where Schwartz was an 83, so I don't see him going up 3 whole points. Also, Elliott has been an 80 for both NHL 13 and 14 so I don't think they'll suddenly jack him up to an 85.

Side note: EA is terribly inaccurate with goalie ratings imo. Bryzgalov was an 86 last year

Yeah. Schwartz as an 86 is laughable, personally. He's had one good season. Don't bump him up that much yet.

I wish they'd renovate player ratings.

Agreed, A La Fifa. Playing with Messi or Ronaldo, you can feel how much better you are than anyone on the field.


I wish they would make fourth liners 60's-ish and give superstars a type of speed and skill that only first line defensemen can consistently play well against.

It would help separate the "fake good" from those who manually switch lines and pay attention to who is on the ice
