panarin should be with mika. those 2 plus kakko would be magic.

thats your first line right there. no question and one heck of a PP1

the PP1 would be that entire line plus kravtsov and one of ADA or fox. thats lethal right there.

the 2nd line should be chytls to lose. hes got the size and wheels to play there and we don't need him on the edge this season. add kravtsov and buchnevich and thats a load of talent for line 2 and honestly those are your top 6 talented forwards.

line 3 would ideally be the best 3 of lemieux, strome, andersson and howden.

need some size and grit on line 4. McKegg seems to be one of those guys for line 4 along with quickie and perhaps andersson or nieves.

Panarin and Howden is an interesting combo. We saw how a young guy like Dubois flourished playing with Panarin, and I could see Howden doing the same (not to compare Dubois and Howden directly bc Dubois is better). He’s underrated offensively, I think he’s very cerebral and sneakily shifty.

Then again, Chytil-Kakko is also a very intriguing combo. We could go off with the spreading it around and have 3 pairs:

xx-Zib-Buch
Panarin-Howden-xx
xx-Chytil-Kakko

Oh and if Howden/Panarin do see significant time together @Machinehead better be ready to lose that Howden bet :naughty: (though he should be prepared either way)

If the Rangers want Chytil to be successful at center, he gets Panarin on his left and Kravtsov on his right. He had chemistry in prospect camp last year with Kravtsov, and Panarin needs to start earning that salary. Zib gets Kakko and Buch, unless Buch is moved.

He should of made 11.42. If panarin is making 11.6 Marner should get 16m, and joe pavelski should be raking $15.98 a year. Robin lehner at 1m, and mrazek at 13. This league is a joke

Honestly we should all take a minute and be happy with Jeff Gorton as GM. Even if you don’t agree with certain figures or certain trade returns he’s separated himself from the majority of GMs in the league for the simple fact that he’s not afraid to make moves, confidence in his plan and executing it.

Ever since the letter went out JG has sold like he said he would, accumulated assets and then parlayed those assets into players drafted, trade acquisitions or (now with cap space for AP) signings.

So many GMs in this league seem too afraid to ever do anything or commit one way or another but Gorton has balls. Dude got a ton of assets, saw an opportunity to trade for Fox, Trouba with some of them and then use some created cap space on Panarin all while taking some big draft swings (Miller, Kravtsov, Kakko was a no brained but still).

It’s just nice to see a GM who had a vision and a plan, set out to make it a reality and was ready to pull the trigger on moves when they presented themselves and had the balls to go through with them.

Most GMs in this league sit on their hands for too long to ever make anything happen. It’s why the media is basically falling over themselves in amazement and praise about the Rangers’ rebuild. Things are going great here even if a lot of us like to argue and quibble about details.

I mean if they are trying to ice the best team Panarin and Kreider on LW Is real solid
Agreed. I’m a kreider fan and don’t want to see him go unless he is asking for a huge deal or we get a Kings ransom. I like Panarin but we are still paying him a shitload of money

It’s kind of weird that people are talking like kreider is already gone or doesn’t exist lol

Most of what you assume is coherent thought from many of our posters is basically just social media regurgitation. It's only slightly above the seemingly "conscious" movement of severed cephalopod appendages when covered in salt, yet in reality it's just spontaneous voltage gated wriggling.

Panarin is very good but not worth 400k less than mcdavid. Won't these massive contracts devolve into lockout? Also i believe he's russian. So how much money does he make after CAD is converted into Russion Dollars.

I'd have Chytil behind Howden. He's done very little to show he's capable.

If he comes in to camp and proves it, great.
