Dolan doesn't give a **** as long as there are tourists to buy the tickets. Face it, this guy has tanked two franchises. Neither the Knicks nor Rangers will win squat as long as he owns the team.
True, but there are less and less tourists. Or, at the very least, not enough to fill up the buillding. I went to the Flyers game, and that and the Isles game were the only 2 that I thought was actually a full house in terms of butts in the seats.

One good craft beer rather than 4 Bud Lights? How much are they getting for craft beers? Bud Lights are still $11-12.

Not really a comment on price, just saying that the younger crowd generally drinks less than they did even 5-10 years ago.

I don't remember any details but I recall the renewal process included an option for auto-renew that I think gave you certain perks.

Ahh, they are very quick to sell the undercoating now that the team sucks but were very quick to tell me to suck a d*ck when I wanted extra playoff tix.

But I wonder if this just has to do with consumer trends rather than the crowds/attendance. Which beer stand does he work at? Because in my experience this year and last year, some of the longest lines are at the craft beer stand (around section 101 I think?) but if I wanted a Bud Light I could walk up to any number of empty vendors. Also the 20-30 year old crowd generally drinks less beer than they did years ago - whether it's being more calorie conscious and switching to cocktails, or preferring to have one good craft beer instead of 4 Bud Lights, it may just be that the crowds have a different attitude towards drinking than in years past.

I think younger patrons drink considerably less than those of a generation ago. It's not just at games. Go ask bartenders what they've observed since the late 80's / early 90's. It's been downhill at the gin mill since the mid-to-late 90's. Attributed to changes in attitudes and habits...

I think it's just changing tastes. Less beer and stuffy old drinks like scotch and gin, more wine and designer liquor brands like Ciroc

Are there bartenders who were bartending in the late 80s still bartending? Not doubting your premise, and so long as the Keto diet keeps gaining popularity, there will be less and less beer drinking in the near future.

Yes. I know several who have been serving me since I'd rather not say... Prosecution of DWI/DUI played a big part, coinciding with the rise of MADD and SADD. I've observed the downturn myself. When I do go out to pain the town red, I've noticed that bars aren't as crowded as they used to be.

I’ve seen it at games recently, as well as the garden experience events. If you have seats, just ask your rep.

There is. I've grabbed it, but tossed it. The grid has a column for new and returning business and color coded for every zone.

When you talk about season tickets, they just refer to it as the average price per seat.

I thought one was put together on this site. I recall relaying information on my seats.

I just listed something for $90 and it said that my net is $81. It's 10% for me.

Weird. I posted tickets for tomorrow night. At $100 they are taking $15 for a net payment of $85 to me. Do they charge sellers different amounts, or perhaps it goes by game?

I spoke recently to Stubhub and they explained it is a function of proximity to game, popularity of the game and other factors. I think they are just testing various fees. I have noticed for recent Yankee sales it is still 10%. Last couple of Ranger sales have also been 10%. It may also be a function of the sales one does on the site. Sellers who sell only a few games might be charged 15% while larger sellers are still charged 10%
