With Wall St booming as the markets hit all time highs today there is a lot of money out there to be spent. $500 a ticket for game 6 of the ECF will probably be the going price especially among casual fans who remember the Rangers magic of 20 years ago. The Finals should be very high priced probably 3-4x face for the early games and who knows how much for the later games. But lets win tomorrow night first.

i just got a sale for home game 1 next round on stubhub.. around 400 each and im in 213 row 16.. $500 get in for game 6 is definitely a possibility

Doesn't surprise me. Pittsburgh is a minor league city in many aspects. The Pens are popular but they kind of remind me of the Atlanta Braves of a decade ago in which they have a very good team and make the playoffs every year but underachieve big time . After awhile the fan base gets to the point where the team gets stale and they expect the inevitable which is another disappointment.

Yeah, I would be pissed if I was a STH--Chase is at 10, would be surprised if they have an STH at 9. I don't think you need to go through chase.

Hmm i didnt get an email yet and I have several Chase accounts. In any case im out of the country until the 26th so I'll have to sell games 3 and 4. Any shot I'll be home for a possible game 6?

seriously, if the Canadiens win tomorrow there's going to be busloads and planeloads of people with suitcases full of cash filing IRS form 4790 on their way across the border
 
Just for a laugh I put my tickets on Stubhub at $500 each and I have 6 on my account at $176 each. Game 2 just sold and I picked the UPS option and the buyer is from Mass. For his sake I hope the Bruins win

wow, crazy - what location on those $500 seats?

do we have any projected schedule for the ECF? I guess we're looking at a Wednesday / Friday / Tuesday deal? That would make home game 2 the best game weekday wise

I think the next series will be very hot. This team is more likeable than the Rangers team of 2 years ago and I think the coach is a big part of that.

Just a guess but Sat/Mon in MTL/BOS and Wed or Thu/Sat in NY. NBC has a 1 PM game this Saturday so that's probably when the series will start. NBC also has a prime time game next Saturday and I gotta imagine they'd want the Rangers in the prime time slot especially if they're facing the Bruins.

Anyone hear about the STH presale?

But we got the e-mail about being charged for next rd already. So there's that.

I forget the sale of the first 2 rds. Was anyone here even able to scoop up something decent. And with dynamic pricing, is it the same as buying on the secondary market?
