I'll be there again tomorrow, it was awesome today.

As I walked in at around 11:40am, David Quinn was walking out with someone else. Oddly enough, Artemi Panarin posted a video of him in Times Square 4 hours ago on Instagram.

Could be the reason Quinn was leaving before the scrimmage started to go into the city to meet with Panarin?

Was it Theofanous? He was at the scrimmage yesterday.

If Kravtsov is near Kakko level, the East is f*****.

What's funn y to me is the last two months every1 has been going cuckoo for Kakko.

"Finally, the franchise forward we've never drafted!"

"First megastar draftee!"

etc. etc.

I think people forgot that we may have already done that when we took kravtsov last year. The kid has size, speed, hands, IQ, a filthy shot and he at times dominated against men during this season (AND as a 17 year old, pre-draft in those playoffs)

He scored something likw 25% of his teams offense. That was a team that had a PITIFUL offense too so he was on of the sole focuses of every team he went up against and they STILL could not shut him down.

Maybe the question isn't if Kravstov is as good as Kakko...you know the rest

Very little to be taken from what is a very messy scrimmage.

Some good team speed. Aaltonen and Pajunemi both have wheels.

Robertson is particularly long. Great skater, confident touch. No idea how he falls to 49.

As expected neither of our late round Euros were selected in todays CHL import draft.

other highlights:
Mississauga picked Lucas Raymond
Cape Breton picked a guy named Ivan Ivan

I don't know about the others either, but I'm glad it's Kakko + NO GOALIES.
Well we already have our goalie of the future possibly 2of them, for me it's more the depth forwards how good will they be, top 6 wise I see good things just need one of them to turn into a ppg player and

This coverage is absolutely pitiful.

This is perhaps the deepest prospect pool this franchise has ever had, all skating together for the first time, and there is next to no info out there. Complete **** up by everyone, NYR included.

Detroit has got some live stream for 4 days ... meanwhile I'm searching every corner of the webs for some footage. Maybe the management wants to keep this on the low.

A few more notes on today.

K’Andre Miller is every bit of 6’6. Physical freak. For those pointing at his upside as the best of our D list, I am buying that stock in bulk.

FWIW, Miller isn’t the only one with size. Fox is enormous, Robertson is another guy bigger than I expected (more than 6’4+). Add Hajek and those are 4 very skilled (large) defenders.

Edstrom is a tower at 6’7. And Probably too slow.

On the opposite end of the size spectrum, the diminutive Finnish wingers were both impressive - and quick AF.

More later.
