The whole 3rd line was huge. Did a great job playing a simple cycle game and playing smart in the NZ. I voted for Hunt to show him some love but could have voted for any of those 3.

add NJ to that list lol1/2 Ny moved to Florida in these past few years. Its not shocking they were largely in attendance.
I was told it was inevitable they would lose today and tomorrow. Ignoring that we already beat most of that team healthy 4-0 in NY, I'll ignore the other game that Vasilevskiy didn't play in.

Chytil has been really good since getting back in the lineup. And some people want to ship him out of here because he's not Jagr 2.0 If he's healthy next year, he will easily hit 40 points.

Again, Zibs has scored those kind of goals without Panarin feeding him.
And your take away is still to throw accolades to him for 1 play, and dismiss him being a step behind, being cutesy on the previous PPs with Strome, making dumb passes into oblivion, taking a shot after surverying if anyone else was open and allowing everyone else to get in position to block the shot.

I ignore nothing. A win is a win. We have had a good deal of injuries also. We would be a better team with Blais and Kakko playing but it is what it is.

His biggest contribution IMO was slotting Hunt appropriately. Hunt has made that third line excellent. I know his skill is still probably of a 4th liner but on the 3rd line being a forechecking demon you don't lose sleep over that. Hunt is 10 times the player Gauthier is. Also Chytil and Goodrow are guys with good skill. We are now much much more balanced.

Yeah, no kidding about Zibs. I've been watching this team for a long time. He has a great shot. Panarin didn't have a great game but he came through with a great play in crunch time that many players on this team wouldn't or couldn't make. Pardon me for getting excited.
