So does gallant say he’s happy with the performance and keeps the lines the same next game?

I don't really have an issue with the lines tonight. But try something different for PP. When it has been this bad lately, you can try something different. If nothing else it's a message for those guys in the top unit.

I need to know the mindset of this post. Like what have you heard or what is this based on? It's fascinating.

It's based on frustration.

They lost because Gallant told the team to shoot it wide every time. If only he knew that you're supposed to shoot at the net.

Hard to lose a game when they played hard and well for the most of it. Very entertaining game . Goalies were outstanding. Shesty was excellent , Vasy may have been a bit better. Great game by Trouba and Miller. Schneider has really come on strong of late . Just getting better and better .

This team cannot finish. It’s a problem. It’s not just tonight because it was Vasilevskiy. They just cannot finish. Posts, missing the net, shooting into the goalie on their glorious chances. Breakaways where the players seem like they’re not even trying to score.

It’s half a season now of the only consistent thing about their team being that they continually do not score on multiple should be goals every game.

It's really the last 2 games where they have missed a ton of chances and continue to shoot wide. It's been crazy. Another 20 misses tonight. They had been scoring before the break.

Kravtsov might make it someday, but I can't remember a Ranger ever so easy to out-physical.

Look I liked the signing when it happened and i still do but we're trying to put a square peg in a round hole with Trochek on that pp. His abilities are inline with what Kreider already adds. Maybe they are waiting for Kravtsov to get comfortable in the league first but he would be an obvious upgrade to that unit.

Filip Chytil 0-5 now 0-6 and Adam Fox who has told Gallant he does not like/feel comfortable in shootouts.
Gallant just gambled away a possible extra point for a team that needs every point it can get.

Yeah don't believe people who say we played really well. I just saw Shesty making huge save after huge save. We had decent stretches, but TB was the better team tonight
