Nice WIN! I really liked that Zucc-Richards-Nash line at the end of game, Nash just couldnt put it in...

Happy for the win though, for prideful reasons. But this season in whole has been a disaster.

I have two questions:

--Who stood out for the 'Canes tonight, good and bad?
--What is the biggest area where the 'Canes can improve, in your opinion?

Sorry don't see how saturday is a dead game. Especially if the Islanders win tomorrow night vs Buffalo. I want that 7th seed plus I have great tickets for saturday :laugh:

1. Tlusty was scary good. I did not know he was this good. Faulk also broke up plays like a madman, reminds me of McDonagh. MAB was also pretty decent. Bad suspect was Ellis and E.Staal played very lethargic I thought. Skinner wasn't that noticeable and J.Staal was pretty meh.

2. Tough question. I think they could use some better 2-way dman, especially one that can log top pairing minutes.

Don't think we should overlook the Sabres/Isles tomorrow eve. They could beat the Islanders. If not we need to take care of business at home sat.

I had forgotten that Ottawa still has 2 games left. Still, Rangers win on Saturday and they clinch at least 7th.
