Lavi is an improvement on Gallant in that there will be some structure implemented. Is that enough to help us be a better 5v5 team? top15? top10? Who's the assistant?

According to MoneyPuck Washington was top15 and top13 the previous 2 seasons ( not counting this year due to their massive injuries ) Is that enough?
