There's an interview with Staal saying he's 100 percent ready to go
In the*Chronicle Journal, Matt Vis spoke with Marc Staal about where he is at in terms of the eye injury that limited him to one game after March 5th.Staal explained that he wasn’t very comfortable when he took the ice during the playoffs and thought it would be best to shut down and focus on this coming season. He said that he has used the summer to prepare for the season and said “I don’t see any problems once the season starts.â€Staal said recently*that he is “completely healthy†and preparing for training camp.He said that he feels his eye is getting better each day and while he says he has come to terms with it not being 100%, he is getting more comfortable with where his eye is at.

Thats certainly not what I got from this.
"completely healthy". Even if his eye isnt 100 percent, he obviously feels he can still play at his high standards, which is a big upgrade to what he said before. He also said he sees no issues.
The entire thing is a contradiction.
"Im completely healthy, except for that thing where I cant see out of my eye like I used to."
100% ready to go is quite misleading.
If both games are "away games" when and how do we Ranger fans get tickets at far value instead of buying them from Icelander/Debbie fans who jack the price up X 10???

Welcome to the wonderful world of businessit is stupid the Rangers are the away team since the game is being held in New York City.. how does this make any sense![]()

It makes sense because the Devils and Islanders are hurting for the home game revenues much, much more than the Rangers.
Don't know why any Ranger player would complain considering we still get 41 home games + these 2.
If you are not a season ticket holder, you won't. Season ticket holders of the 3 teams get tickets. League gets most of the rest. They will have a "public on-sale", but it will be bogus. Might have a lottery for non-season ticket holders like the Wings and Leafs did for the Winter Classic in Ann Arbor. If both games are "away games" when and how do we Ranger fans get tickets at far value instead of buying them from Icelander/Debbie fans who jack the price up X 10???
Meh, I honestly don't care if I have to pay $100, I'm going to one of these.
