I expect stepan at a 4-5 year deal with an AAV at 3.75
I see Hagelin at a 2-3 year deal with AAV of $2.25-2.5 range
It might work (though Step definitely won't get 4 years).

CAPGEEK.COM TOTALS (follow @capgeek on Twitter)
(these totals are compiled with the bonus cushion)
SALARY CAP: $64,300,000; CAP PAYROLL: $64,256,667; BONUSES: $762,500
CAP SPACE (22-man roster): $805,833
Most of our remaining cap space is due to the bonus cushion. If we can trade Powe and Asham, that will save us another 217k. The majority of the bonuses are from Kreider. If he earns them, then maybe we don't mind if some of that money rolls over into next year.
If Zucc isn't re-signed and we put a kid in that spot, we'll have a little bit more to work with. Miller's cap hit is almost the same, but 525k of it is bonus that he may not earn.
I guess it's still possible that Step gets a long term deal. I hope he does. But it will be tight.
