No we're not. Reaves is a shoe in on the fourth line as is Goodrow. That leaves 1 of Carpenter/Rydahl and 1 of Vesey/Hunt/Gauthier.

Get used to it. I don't know why everyone was so hyped about this guy. He was invisible in the playoffs. He's a 3rd line player living off the one good year he had in Florida like 5 years ago.

I certainly wasnt hyped about it. And preseason or not, that was far from an impressive outing for him. Can’t wait to see the genius coach staple him to PP1 instead of Laf.

Yes to this. Rydahl has played REALLY well so far. Really like him. Vesey is a solid, dependable hockey player.

Gauthier I think will be waived or traded if any team wants hiim for anything, yet Vesey, Reaves, Carpenter, Hunt is my guess to who they keep for 4th line and 13th F. Not that I agree, just how it usually works. Yet it's possible some other team offers Vesey more than the Rangers and he signs with them.

It’s not as much blatantly lying as it is seemingly giving a definitive answer before anyone actually knows…but it seems to happen all the time.

Thought Kravtsov looked better tonight. He looked a bit more engaged and with some more assertiveness in his play. Still think he looks half a second slow in some of his decision making but I’m thinking that will catch up and improve with time. Definitely positive movement.

Vesey should make the team imo. I think he will. I think Gauthier and Hunt should be the odd men out. Rydahl has looked better than Carpenter to me but as I said last night I could see Carpenter having the edge because of his history with Gallant.

All 4 goalies have looked good so far imo.
