I know it’s only preseason but these lines didn’t really make a-lot of sense , just seemed like a waste of a preseason game

They wanted to give some of the bubble guys a chance to do something.

Have no issue with that strategy. This is the time to do it so you can trim down and start to work with your group you’re going to start the season with.

yea still clearly in pain...if youve suffered a few of those too we both know it goes away after a few mins, some spots on the foot can be a bit worse but he def shoulda been good to go by ot if its nothing. id guess similar injury to goodrow

If Vesey beats Kravtsov for a spot, that's pretty much the most Kravtsov thing that could possibly happen. Get beat out by f***ing Gauthier and then Vesey two straight years.

The play he made to push the puck into the neutral zone before setting up Brodzinski for a breakaway was amazing.

Jokes aside, in a game where everyone looked from "meh" to "bad" Kravy was one of the better skaters. Halak looked good and Robertson made a few good reads. That's about it.

They say Kravtsov’s vision is strong enough to do medical imaging right on the bench, he said Laf is fine.

Would they trust either Chytil or Rydahl to take some minutes on the PK at center? Even Jonny Brodfather? Because I don't see any other reason to keep Carpenter, he looks a level behind basically everyone else who can possibly make the team

People are worried? We had backup backup goalies playing, minor league depth pieces, guys whose ceiling is 4th liner, a PTO guy and the russian baby. Oh and Fox and Lindgren. There was nothing resembling an NHL line out there.

You don't need a center on the PK.

Are a few people really bashing on Krav tonight? He was easily one of the better forwards tonight on both teams. Big difference from yesterday.
