GDT: Rangers 2019 Training Camp Thread

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Yeah, and it wouldn’t hurt if it was someone who knew a bit or two about hockey either. Like sure it’s better to see some comments than nothing, but really someone who had some kind of hockey back ground could provide a lot of valuable intel. The people who tweet from camp right now just don’t have that at all.

Gropp and Ronning can't even get into pre-season games. You want to talk about forward depth in this organization. They both did well in Hartford at the end of last season and cannot sniff these games.

Hopefully we get an announcement on who is going to play on Wednesday. Want to see if it is time to get excited to watch Kakko or Kravtsov in person.

has little to do with forward depth...neither would sniff a preseason game if we had 0 forwards
 
I thought Gropp got a tiny bit better. Problem was, he got into "middling AHL player" territory, which is not a gateway to the NHL.

Ronning I thought was worthless.

I still don't like Keane. I mean I "like" him, but he wouldn't be my dark horse.
