I like how Brown immediately picked up the puck for him.
Is Olbermann a Kings fan?
Danault
He's a rangers fan

Hmm. Who is this that you speak of? Just a name, come on. I won't tell.On a sort of related note, I was in the gym today at work with a coworker whose son was drafted recently in the first round. Plays a very similar style as Turcotte.
His son is also frustrated with the clubs handling of them. He’s known as a scoring threat but he and others have been placed on the lower lines with very little minutes and lower skilled players.
he said that the kings are not the only ones treating their prospects that way and he too has no idea why this is becoming a trend.
He is very familiar with Byfield and may not be as number one fan as he sees a few weaknesses in him but he almost fainted when I stated that the Kings wouldn’t put him out for 3 on 3 overtime the other night against the Rangers. He thought that’s the exact style of game that Byfield is meant for.
I am not sure what to think anymore. The team overall has done well but there’s these little decisions that are being made that leave me scratching my head almost on a daily basis. I guess that’s why they’re getting paid big money to run the team and I’m getting paid nothing to bitch about it on her message board
There is one reason Olbermann cares about this particular 1st NHL goal. If it had been Turcotte or Fagemo he doesn't tweet anything. Most of us just care about the name on the front and see QB as an awesome young player for the Kings, others like KO emphasize other things so they can show off to their social media followers. He lost his mind long ago, just look at the stuff he has posted on social media the last few years about sports figures he doesn't like. It's not normal behavior.
What I'm not seeing from Byfield is NHL level pace. You have to play quick and high energy at this level.
This seems rather disingenuous. He's back checking harder and faster than anyone not named Lizotte. It doesn't say much given the company but he's constantly the only one buzzing from his line currently. What I'm not seeing from Byfield is NHL level pace. No. He's not buzzing.
A lot of times with young players fans see what they want to see. Reality is he hasn't been particularly effective.
It's not a big deal at this point. He's only played 12 games and there has been some flashes.
No, he's literally buzzing. If you listen closely you can hear the noise.No. He's not buzzing.

Feed it into my veins
"Much was made of the fact that Kings rookie center Quinton Byfield was going to have a great opportunity to learn the craft from captain Anze Kopitar.
Rightly so.
But Danault’s influence shouldn’t be overlooked either. Byfield has played in seven games this season, scoring once and averaging 11:34 in ice time. His season-high, in fact, was in his first game this season, 15 minutes versus Colorado.
Danault said he has been talking a lot with Byfield. There’s few better teachers than Kopitar and Danault in helping with all the aspects of the game.
“We talk about faceoffs and players, in general,” Danault said. “What it takes to win. We talk about that, to be honest. He’s dedicated. He wants to be better and wants to help the team a lot too. I can see it. I can feel it. I think everyone sees it
“He’s going to be huge for us very soon.”"
