its like watching art on ice. He dazzles with his skating and agility but what makes him Elite is he has off-the charts ICE-Q.

I also think he has a little bit of that " I Took that personally" mentality about him ala Michael Jordan/Kobe Bryant. He litterally pays attention to all the negative feedbacks about his game and then he turns it into his strength.

Minus player, cant defend......... I took that personally.

Muffin of a shot, cant score goals..... I took that personally.

His off-season work ethic is phenomenal.

Keep in mind as well, he is 1-2 years younger than Makar and Fox.

He isnt even in his Prime yet.

To provide additional context, Karlsson was second in the league in scoring at that point with 28 points in 19 games (McDavid was first with 32 in 17).

That twig has been playing for a long time in the NHL. That's a small guy mentality is why your jets haven't drafted a player like him yet. Still drafting ogres like Logan Stanley

Wasn't really games played or any other context other than " this much into the season", so I was merely pointing out the crazy resurgence EK had last year.

I had both EK and Hughes in my fantasy dynasty teams so I've been very happy the last 2 years with their performances
