Sweden probably beats us. I have no expectation we even come close to playing for a Gold after yesterday.

It all depends on which team shows up.

In 2004 Canada lost its last round robin game 6-2 to the Czechs and went on to win gold, so ya never know.

That's a [MOD] way to talk about players who actually take a lot of pride in playing for Sweden. They turned up to play and represent the blue and yellow. They've battled in every game. The team just isn't that good.

Its not a [MOD] way to talk... I state a fact here and they indeed sucks and is embarrassing the yellow and the blue...

This is the worst Swedish team I've seen in decades. Not only by the names on paper, but the product on the ice as well. I expect a 5-1, 4-0 win by Canada or something of the like. No team except Canada can handle 30 declines of the best players and when the coach can't see which players are awful, you have a serious problem.

The Canadian fans predicting a Canadian loss or a 50-50 game: you haven't watched a single game by the Swedes, eh? Granted I haven't watched Canada either, but no Canadian team can be as bad as this Swedish team.

Yes, I do know Canada lost 0-4 to Finland the other day... so I guess it's the battle of who suck the least?

My guess canada wins. No savior from sedins this time. But I hope sweden puts up a good fight at least.

I agree whit this, kudos to them who actually showed up. I think by not coming here and represent, players like Söderberg and Brodin show questionable character and should be scratched from the World Cup squad for the likes of Larsson, Ekholm, Backlund and Nyquist

Canada just doesn't seem to do too well at this tournaments (save for last year's exceptional team). That being said I think Canada should squeak out a close game here.
 
I remember when Finland got opponents like this in QF and Sweden played like Uganda in QF.. Yet we always some how made it and met at semis or finals. Could still continue.
 
Sweden played very badly against Russia
I think Canada should win a convincing victory!
If Canada loses tomorrow it will be a shame to the whole world:)
 
Feeling a resounding W for Canada followed by easy run to Gold. Too much talent and I think Finland game was wake up call.
