I don't have a problem with the penalties that have been called. The U.S. needs to watch their sticks. Having said that...

EVENTUALLY, the ref will even it up and the U.S. will score, score, score. Even down 2-0, I think the U.S. will win.

Is Vinnerborg there? This somehow feels that he might be refereeing...

Yup, he's there.

Errr he jumped over a jackass laying on the ice and not playing hockey and caught the goalies arm who was standing outside the crease. No matter what happened there, he's colliding with the goalie because the jackass on the ice.

So what...that's always called in NHL. If you push someone into the goalie - goalie interference. This has been discussed so many times.

And this time it's not even a push...his hand basically punched the Russian goalie.

Everyone that complains about dives and reds are incredibly stupid. They were all correct calls caused by sloppy american plays.

The only questionable call was the one called in the o-zone ( I think the third?).

The Larkin penalty was well deserved, especially considering the fact that this is international hockey and they're super strict when it comes to goalie interference (unlike the NHL). When you put yourself in a position to be called, you'll get called.

US posters have to stop complaining. Your team isn't playing well or smart.

One call was questionable (toe pick not a dive). The rest have been legit.

I agree. Most have been stick issues. Hard to argue those.

The U.S. needs to regroup. They are the better team - in spades. Play smart for 40 minutes and you will beat these guys badly.
