Congrats Sweden. I predicted before the tournie started that they'd be in the Final. But unfortunately they'll have to play Canada. Swedish goalie is amazing but not good enough to stop this year's red machine.

Finland takes year's off it seems. Not saying that was the case this time, as a QF exit probably doesn't do justice to how good they were, but reminds me of winning in 2016 with players not 19yo and then playing in relegation in 2017.

You can't lose that f***ing puck on your own offensive end's blueline during powerplay that easy way.
Finland's powerplay absolutely too slow.

Shooting that f***ing puck takes 2 weeks
Passing the puck takes 3 weeks
Decision making freaking slow
No guys on the rebounds etc etc.

It was a terrible Finnish team and no one wants to have excuses when we truly suck, even if we played a good game but still scored way less than we should've.

Good win, but I don't expect much from this team. Clear loss to Canada, wins against Finland and Czechia despite them controlling most of the play, barely scraped out a win against Germany and one clear win, but against the worst them of the tournament by far.

I remember before this tournament the talk was that Sweden had weal defence but high end forwards. So far the forwards have been underwhelming. Leo Carlsson stepped up today, now the rest have to follow if we are going to have any chance. Rosén is playing in the AHL, he should dominate at this level. Totally invisible against the big teams.
