Vesey with a HOF worthy shift to end the game.
Hank?
He's not even the best forward on the team.
It’s his first game in months..
Zucc isn't coming off a significant knee injury either. It's Zucc's first game also.
While I wasn't expecting him to set the world on fire just yet, I was certainly expecting to see more than what he brought to the game tonight..
Why would they go after Panarin at this stage of the game?
No Karlsson, no Sequin.
What's the point?
I thought Crawley looked like an AHL player for sure. I appreciate his toughness out there but his positioning and movement weren't very good.
I thought that was supposed to be one of his strengths, but I saw the same thing, skating wasn't great from what I could tell.Agreed. And Bigras, who I was intrigued to see, doesn’t skate well enough for the NHL from what I could tell.
In my humble opinion, they will not be winning the Cup.
You're really grasping at straws if you're gonna use plus minus as an indicator of our best forwardZucc had the most points last sesaon with 53. Zibanijad had 47 and was a -23. Zucc was a -10. No one else came close. Zucc may not be the Rangers best player on paper but paper doesn't play.
Hate to be a kill joy but I don't think Hank will get his mojo back. Too much mileage. He doesn't see the puck like he used to and reaction time is has slowed waaay down.
If the Rangers really want to load up on picks, someone needs to convince Henrik to go to a contender at the deadline for a final shot at the cup.
I think we're all maturing as evaluators and realizing a lot of scouting reports for young org guys are just recycled Entry Draft reports where he probably skated well *for the talent he was around* or whatever.I thought that was supposed to be one of his strengths, but I saw the same thing, skating wasn't great from what I could tell.
They will win the cup in 2022, just embrace the ride.In my humble opinion, they will not be winning the Cup.
I think Butler will stick for a while longer, he seemed pretty decent for what he is.I expect that Butler and Schneider will both be back to Hartford in the next couple of days.
I'd rather have Schneider on the roster than Vesey to be honest.I expect that Butler and Schneider will both be back to Hartford in the next couple of days.

Maybe, he's on an AHL deal though, so it's not even like he's playing to be one of the first called up.I think Butler will stick for a while longer, he seemed pretty decent for what he is.
The one thing Lettieri did to stand out hasn’t been present in these pre-season games.
And that was his willingness to shoot the puck from anywhere, at any time. Not sure he had the skills to play a more patient game.
