Basically they're very strictly enforcing the players positions during faceoffs. Wingers can't be inside the circle at all, centers have to be perfectly lined up in their hashmarks, etc.

Players have long cheated those rules and are having a hard time adjusting

Well, it was either this or just removing the face-off circles

2 min penalty is harsh though.

Chytil and Hayes are looking great so far, DD actually has looking great as well

It feels like I haven't seen any of Pedrie, Tambo, or Gropp at all in these past ten minutes

I think its more of a mental thing with him. He doesn't speak great English, he just turned 18, he'd be one of the youngest players in recent years to start in the NHL, he seems overwhelmed during interviews, from his answers I almost gathered that he didn't want to start in the NHL. I question how he'd hold up over 82 games, I don't think hockey skill is lacking with him at this level, but is he ready for a full NHL season from a mental standpoint? I don't think so. Andersson, I think is mentally ready, but I think the game is too fast for him right now.
His English is better than Erik Karlssons
