Steenburgen needs to anticipate away from the puck better...

Should have had a clear chance in front of the net....

Horseshoe goal for the Swiss...

When they pan to the ice level with the cameras it sure shows how small most of this Swiss team is.... :amazed:

Canada looks like giants beside them...

The Swiss coaches must have schooled their players at the first break...

The Swiss players are much more active one on one all over the ice... at least they are trying to play hockey...

And Canada scores...

Mahura with the nice low timing/screen shot... works... it works... Smart... intentional by Mahura...

Well, we can definitely beat up on the weak teams. Curious to see how the team fares against 1 of the other top 4 teams

Very mature hockey by Canada, those guys can really read the game and show a healthy patience while moving the puck in the offensive zone. Almost no haphazard or vain passes.

It's actually interesting with how fast this team is and how people didn't think it would be a big team, Canada is going to end up being basically tied with the Americans for the biggest team in the tournament on average. Slovakia is bigger right now but still have 4 or 5 cuts to make.

Always hard to judge Canada at this stage...

Early signs suggest their effectiveness is not a mirage and they have bought into the total team mode....

When breaks don't go their way against the Top 4 that will be the true test of Team cohesion...

Wow, Mete, he just calmly puts on the burners and easily overtakes that swiss player who looked like he would have a clear breakaway, what wheels!!
