We won't really know until they play Finland on the 26th but they have played 2 really clean well played game. I don't really see any reason why this kind of hockey wouldn't translate to the real games. Been impressive.
And not one of those 7 shots was a dangerous chance. Including the one that managed to go in the net lol51 to 7 shots....
Questions I have after witnessing this slaughter...
Did the Swiss just get off a plane from Europe ?
Did the Swiss Hockey Federation agree to this game just for the money and not really take this game seriously ?
I don't wish to be scathing on the Swiss kids... because this is the worst I have seen in many years from their country and I don't like it....

They certainly haven't done much. I do think this is a down year for them, but I mostly believe it's just a case of how good Canada looks at the moment. Bring on the tournament!

For Swiss hockey fans sake I really can empathize their feelings...
Worst I have ever seen them.... not good...
I have enjoyed their emergence in previous years as tough and pesky opponents... I hope this is an aberration...

What exactly has been wrong with Foote?Hard to believe Mahura was cut. He looks better than Foote

Well, can't really find any flaws. I hope that Canada keeps it up. They must have outshot Switzerland 8:1. TSN said that Switzerland had no shots for the last 30 minutes or so.

I mean at some point we are going to have to play in our own end and Foote has been great in both games....So not quite sure why he should be off the team for Mahura? I don't think we are short on offense from the blue line.
