I uploaded both images unchanged to my avatar just fine as a test. Not sure what could be the issue.
Just take a screenshot off your phone and crop it. Or try uploading from your phone on a browser.

When I put this in as my avatar not all of it get seen. (I fully accept I could be doing it wrong or badly.)
I actually cropped the original one to get it to fit. (Your new one is flipped too.)
Also if you could put a Hat Hat on this, which sadly doesn’t really work as an avatar but needs a hat.
And was thinking this might work. I flipped it because it seemed to look better that way for some reason (I’m tired and the reason is a bit hazy at this point.)

Am I the only one feeling a Gordon avatar with the hat hat? Raise hell and Hell's Kitchen. It's got all the ingredients. Gordon brings luck also
I flip it so they are facing the appropriate way for my hat hat. I cant flip my hat cut out cause it will then say “jah”

Mystery solved with the flipping.
Can you take the Stanley Cup Symbol of the Dano one then because when I cropped it I lose part of it.

Took some trial and error but I think I figured it out for the most part. Most of the issue was I couldn't come up with any ideas or when I did I couldn't find a good base pic to use of the scene/character. (Had some ideas that would have probably made @Based Anime Fan proud tho)

It’s all coming together! I love that there’s a common slogan/theme, but everyone has their own unique touch.
Now if only we could have crappy gif of all the hat hat playoff avatars being thrown on the ice.

There used to be a day when everyones favorite Photoshop sweatshop creator would make the same avatar with all different players and some customs but it would all be totally uniform and we would all just take what we want.
Seems like there is a bunch of different designs this year.

Yeah I'm not in a place to just crank out a ton of content and let folks take whatever they want. Plus I grew tired of everyone looking the same pretty much - I like the variety of a common thread or three but then everyone goes their own direction.
I'll make some customs to requests and toss out a few premades that I think look good but not gonna crank out 150 to claim ahead of time.
