They don't need to be signed. Pens have their rights a couple more years. Why start their ELC clock?How about we sign these guys first. None of them are signed yet, Yager included.

That’s not difficult.How about we sign these guys first. None of them are signed yet, Yager included.
So, then do it.That’s not difficult.
It doesn't start until they're here. We signed Pickering, his hasn't started.They don't need to be signed. Pens have their rights a couple more years. Why start their ELC clock?
Entry level slide applies to juniors. Unless Ilyin and Murashov come to the US and play in the AHL, you'd be burning their ELCs since they can't go to juniors. And neither is likely to come over next year.So, then do it.

Well then why not sign Yager? If he's not signed by next year he can re enter the draft. Unlikely but I'd rather get him under contract. Although we're up to 48.Entry level slide applies to juniors. Yager is AHL eligible next year. They'll sign him and some others on the reserve list this summer after contracts come off the books.Well then why not sign Yager? If he's not signed by next year he can re enter the draft. Unlikely but I'd rather get him under contract. Although we're up to 48.
Also added 3 ass.Penguins forward prospect Tristan Broz scored his 12th goal of the season tonight.
Apparently Tank has 5 goals in 5 games so far in the V playoffs.
Yeah, we are at 48 of 50 contracts. If we are wanting to make moves at the TDL, might be better to hold off on signing guys that we know aren't going to be of use to us this year.Yager is AHL eligible next year. He's in the VHL right now. I can never remember which league is higher, the MHL or VHL. It's like the AHL and ECHL. If he had a meh season in the "ECHL" then...meh.I thought he had a disappointing regular season (but he did come back from a major injury). But this news is nice.
I really think that based on production alone he’s AHL-ready at least. Getting him over wouldn’t be easy though.Ilyin finished the KHL season with 29 Points in 65 games. He has 2 points in 1 playoff game so far. Not bad for a 5th round pick.
i don't know, if he's here it would be better than being sent to the front.I really think that based on production alone he’s AHL-ready at least. Getting him over wouldn’t be easy though.
"Rathbone" sounds like a nickname some drunken trustfund baby dude-bro gives to his tiny dong.They can just not QO Ty Smith, Rathbone, Hamaliuk and Cajkovic.
Wouldnt be the worst thing to leave him there for another year. Hopefully by then the situation is a bit better.I really think that based on production alone he’s AHL-ready at least. Getting him over wouldn’t be easy though.

MHL is juniors and VHL is minor league.It's more like the juniors as opposed to the ECHL.
VHL = JRS
MHL = AHL
KHL = NHL
Yager 2+2 yesterday.
MHL is juniors and VHL is minor league.
