He's been a standout on a terrible Blues team. And he still is bad defensively.

Yeah, the Oilers know Broberg's game and exploited his weaknesses. He still can't disrupt the cycle (which is why they likely played him with Parayko, who can) and those yips he gets under pressure were costly tonight. We didn't see much of his rush attempts to gain the offensive zone like the Oilers had him doing in the playoffs.

Wonder if this was a bad game where Broberg wilted under the pressure of coming back to Edmonton or if other teams will review the tape and exploit the persistent gaps in his game.
