This is over, they aren't scoring 3 runs. Maybe they will finally remember assize this lineup is not good enough.
 
They’ll run it back probably but I don’t know how with this team. It’s the same thing the last three years now. They all go ice cold at the plate all at once.

Unless they can sign Soto, no point in having expectations next season.

Remember when Dombrowski, after watching the offense go ice cold against Arizona and then the entire month of July, thought adding Austin Hays was enough at the deadline?

He's gotta go too, right along with Long.
 
They need a new hitting coach and philosophy. It works fine in the long season but when everything is tight and under a microscope in the playoffs they have too many weak AB’s

If the players can adjust then get new players. Someone with plate discipline
