Not the first time. A witness saw him and a woman arguing in a parking lot and said he pushed the woman to the ground. Charges were dropped after his girlfriend said she 'fell' on her own. MLB suspended him for 20 games and had him go to 'domestic violence counseling' for a year.

Guess the counseling didn't do much since here it is again with the girlfriend now having married him.
