I’m a huge fan of both as players, but it remains weird to me that Allen can be clearly the most productive runner at the position for an entire season and he can’t even get into the discussion with Lamar.

Lamar runs against professionals and destroys professionals the way a high-school's do-everything stud athlete QB destroys a school two classes below them.

It was tied at half week 1 as well. The Ravens turned it on after. We will see...

Edit- the Ravens led 7-6.

I'm rooting for the Packers tonight because I will be insufferable if the Niners get knocked out after how annoying their fans have been these past 365 days

Overall, I lowkey am rooting for Buffalo even though I know they won't win it all.

I don’t know it for a fact, but I like to believe all the aggressive 4th down playcalling in the league now started with Eagles Doug.

It didn’t quite start there, but it was the dam breaking moment. The roots go back to Parcells in the 80s and Belichick in New England. But the Eagles winning was what made the league as a whole start getting more aggressive. There’s a clear leaguewide jump in 2018.

The internal Whitney Houston is playing.

JFC, Schefter apparently said that it “sounds like Sirianni is staying” (which is obvious since nothing has come out from his meeting with Lurie), and that it “sounds like any changes would be on the DC, not the OC”, which would be f***ing STUPID.

If Nick is staying, both coordinators need to go.
