OT is never a bad choice though with a top pick.
It's one of the value positions with WR, DE, CB when it comes to high draft picks and big contracts.

You can certainly pay big for S, LB, DT, IOL, TE, and RB if they are elite like a M. Fitzpatrick at S, Werner at LB, Nelson at OG, etc.

But, given the holes on the Eagles, they really do need to find guys who can play and contribute immediately vs the develop for a year before starting like they have done the past couple of drafts.

OT is certainly good from a value perspective. It's the relative safety of taking one in R1 that tends to get overstated. They bust a lot too.

Okay was reading one mock that had DeJean at 32. Check to see where everyone is mocking him and it's all over the place. No way the league over thinks it. No way.

If they trade down and take DeJean, you may have to tranquilize me.

I know you weren't into any of the RBs really, but what do you think of this fellow?

He's a very late Day 2/Early Day 3 guy. With most positions, you would say only having 778 college Snaps is a negative. Not this one.

Estime and Braelon Allen from Wisconsin are the two mid-round big back home run swings. I would call neither scheme diverse. But in the right situation, they have meaningful boom potential.
