I don’t see them turning this around in one off season. Yeah, they can maybe deal AJ (who seems to want out) for some picks, but they have so many holes to fill.

They would need another outside WR and a capable slot receiver
They won’t pay significant $$ for RBs so they’ll need a replacement for Swift.
With Jurgens probably moving to center, they’ll need a new RG.

On D it’s worse:
They need Davis & Carter to get in better shape and to play better, especially Davis
They need another quality DE
They need 2 new starting LBs
They need a new safety and a new slot corner.
They also need 2 new outside corners as Bradberry is beyond done and Slay is average at best and fading fast.

It could be ugly, really ugly, next season
