I see the fanbase has gone off the deep end again today. It's ok to be happy about their record and think they're good while also realizing it's been a bit lucky to only lose one of these games. Sheesh.

I haven't even started yet: you need to bring back Dallas Goddert for the 9ers game. Even he re-aggravates his injury and is out for a couple of more games. It is THAT important a game. And given the way the two teams are playing currently you have to favor SF.

We're a better team...with Goddert in the line-up. Bring him back for this game, I don't care what the doctors say.

Duce left the Eagles and Lions feeling there was no path forward. The Eagles for years didn’t want him to leave. Now he’s without a path.

The Duce is luce

Speaking of Duce: I went to Eagles training camp in Summer 2002 and Duce had the biggest thighs I’ve ever seen. They were so massive & muscular that it blew my tiny little brain. Runyan & Tra Thomas were mammoth beasts too. You can’t always tell how huge these guys are on TV. But in person, they’re basically Space Jam’s Monstars.

Imagine if this ends up with Johnson getting the Panthers job and Siriani then bringing Reich back as OC and Duce as RB coach.

Oh that would be something, huh

Slight hitch in our giddy-up here: Reich doesn't sound like he's intending to coach again, at least not for the immediate future.

Frank Reich said:
Reich, who turns 62 next week, wasn’t ready to definitely say that he was finished with coaching. But he did say: “This is probably the final chapter of my NFL journey.”

The guy has spent the last two decades nomading his way around the NFL. I can see why he might want to call it quits.
Also, he probably has to forfeit some portion of that $40M if he takes another job. Why not take a few years to do literally anything else on David Tepper's dime?

That said, if the Panthers want Johnson, I'd be happy to give Duce a shot as OC.
