Looks angry with you for forcing a dog to wear clothing.
He was angry because we weren't walking yetLooks angry with you for forcing a dog to wear clothing.
And now, for something completely different.
An extremely unpopular opinion.
I just want to comment what an extremely WIMPY and WEAK group the Philly fanbase are.
For the ENTIRE SEASON, you people didn't express ANY confidence in this team, despite the fact that they
were generally kickin' a** and winning the NFC East.
For the ENTIRE SEASON, there was constant b*thchin': "Sirianni this and Jalen Hurts that."
The most telling thing was, even when they got lucky and Washington knocked out Detroit, and the Eagles got
to face the Commanders in the NFCG, Eagles fans, in this forum and elsewhere, continue to mewl like
90lb weaklings. "Sirianni and Hurts will find a way to screw it up" they whined. So pathetic.
ONLY when the Eagles defeated the Commanders in the NFCG did we see the fanbase come around and
actually express CONFIDENCE in this team.
Honestly, the Eagles are World Champions and they are deserving of a better than fanbase than YOU.
Next season, I hope the Eagle fans actually grow a spine.

Also the internet seems to bring out strong opinions for attention. I don’t listen to it but I imagine talk radio is the sameYou're referring to a vocal minority. Just because you see forum posts or listen to the same 5 WIP callers complaining, doesn't mean they speak for the entire fanbase.
Also, kick rocks.
Similar to the Seattle cover 3 defence in the LOB days. It’s a simple scheme which asks the players to make plays. That's really what Fangio does. He lays the basic groundwork then lets the players react to live situations. I loved it in Denver when he had the dawgs on D but damn the offense was horrible due to no QB and no real weapons

For how I personally think about defense, Fangio and Pete Carroll lie on opposite ends of the spectrum.
Cover 3 fell out of fashion because Single High Zones did. Part of that was schematic, but part of it was also not having the lynchpin to run it. Tampa 2 only succeeded as a base because Derrick Brooks was an alien. Seattle Cover 3 only thrived as a base because of Earl Thomas. Once he fell off, that period was over. At their peak, Seattle was running >50% Cover 3 and a ton of Cover 1. They were largely a static defense. QBs were confident in their pre-snap reads.
Fangio varies his coverage plenty. Off the top of my head, they ran ~20%+ of Cover 1, Cover 3, Quarters, and Cover 6. Hell, they run 4 distinct personnel packages. The whole point is that it's not simple, but it has the illusion of it. It tries to present unified looks to the QB and then change the look via things like rotations out of them around the snap. It wasn't just DeJean starting that helped everything gel. The players needed time and reps to learn the system.
No idea what this is.....Now I know what it feels like when I post xG stats about Frost and no one else knows what they mean.
When I am in charge we are using science to bring back the 46.
Can we have Fullbacks and Linebackers with neck rolls too?

It also didn't hurt that the Chiefs were coached by the Eagles-era Andy Reid, where adjustments meant weakness. To summarize:
Normally Mahomes does this:
