God help me I’m starting to jump on the Bijan bandwagon.

Give us a truly unstoppable offense. We’ll just out score everyone.

I'm on it with the caveat that they trade down from 10 and acquire more picks in the process. I would be very surprised to see him taken before the 18-22 range. Trade down, gain some more day 2/3 picks in the process, then take Bijan and I'm a fan. Don't like taking him at 10 though at all and he won't be there at 30.

RIP Otis Taylor, one of my favorite players when I was a kid. He was kind of the prototype for a lot of the modern day receivers, Terrell Owens without the attitude. Big, strong, fast, could break tackles and get yards after the catch. Big part of the Chiefs first SB championship team.

Came here to post this

Very interesting. I get where Howie is is going with this....Slay getting older, probably only going to get worse, and makes a lot of cash.

It makes sense, especially if he's grumpy behind the scenes at all.

He took 1/6?! That man put his money where his mouth was. Sheesh.
He's made enough money. He has a life here, ect. Totally makes sense. He's destined for the Ring of Honor.

Stroud? Richradson? These things always happen after the Combine and if you were going to trade up for Young knowing he wasn't going to work out, wouldn't you have done it before the Combine, or did you need to see him measure in at 5'10 and a bloated 204 to pull the trigger?

I honestly don't know who they're targeting at this point. I feel like it's not Bryce cause he's not flashy enough. I'm leaning Richardson.

On one hand, whoever the QB has nobody to hand it off to or throw it too….

On the other hand, we have hopefully Bryce Young who hopefully doesn’t bust…..

that's a haul.

i would shit bricks if they did this because Richardson impressed at the combine. not that i saw a ton of him at Florida but from what i did see, i didn't think he was that good. still think #1 should be Young or Stroud.

That's a helluva haul. I mean I'll take AJ Brown over DJ Moore everyday, but he's still a really good WR and DJ Moore is still under contract for 3 seasons as opposed to the Eagles needing to extend Brown since I think he had 1 year left on his rookie deal and was threatening a hold-out.

So #9, #61, 2 future firsts, a future 2nd, future 3rd (going on the 1st & 3rd for Moore value) that's really huge.

I mean they're not trading Moore, but a 25 year old WR of this ability on a pretty cheap contract is certainly worth passing up a 'future 1st' from Carolina which would have been 2025.

So #9, #62, next year's 1st, 2025 2nd plus a 25 year old #1 WR for the #1 pick in a draft where you aren't taking a QB and possibly *4* QB's will be taken before you use that #9 pick meaning you may get one of the top-5 non-QB's while moving to #9?

That's great value.
