Crash.....Heart of a Lion
What precisely does this as far as a Flyers fan mean????? Nothing or something???

Flyers legend Gerry Mayhew with a hat trick against the Phantoms tonight. Dave Scott was right!!
Fletcher was not satisfied f***ing up the Flyers, he had to extend his Midas touch to the Phantoms by gutting them this week so now we have Pat Nagle in goal. Mayhew with the hat rick is all you need to know about Nagle. To make matters worse thoe players recalled will not even play save for one game by Errson“How about Gerry Mayhew”
“How about Gerry Mayhew”
I mean the guy had 48 goals in his last 68 AHL games before joining the Flyers org so it's not like he's some bum at the minor league level or anything.Fletcher was not satisfied f***ing up the Flyers, he had to extend his Midas touch to the Phantoms by gutting them this week so now we have Pat Nagle in goal. Nah, he's still a good AHL player. He'll never reach the pace he did his last couple years in Iowa, but he still scored at a 28-29 goal pace with the Phantoms last year before being anointed the Flyers' savior. Not every AHL vet is a worthless bum just because they can't hack it in the big leaguesWith 3 goals tonight the legend has 14 goals and 12 assists is 46 games this year , he a nothing burger that Flair ate .
St. Louis with 3 first round picks in one of the strongest drafts in a while plus a couple a high level young players plus a couple of additional pieces they can still trade. Now that is how you jump start a rebuild. Meanwhile, all we get is a letter from the coach that basically says "we suck again"
AHL vet plug Wilson takes a stupid penalty (because that is all he is good for) which may cost the Phantoms the game. It seems like when the Phantoms sign an AHL vet that they specifically look for the "plug" trait.....
He’s just planting the narrative for when Chuckie calls him up ahead of Attard or Zamula after there is an injury or trade so he can claim it’s by “merit” and definitely nothing to do with the Flyers size and role fetish.Ginning is not "for real"
Sounds like you built a solid argument to trade Seeler, since we have his replacement in house and ready.Ginning finished strong in the SHL, with a solid playoff series.
He played 250 games from age 17-21 in a professional league where HCs need to win to save their jobs (they're not paid to develop players for the NHL).
Big defensemen tend to mature later, and he just turned 23 in January.
It's not like he's going to be a star, but from what I've seen of him Ginning looks like a solid 3rd pair, defense first big D-man at the NHL level. Plays a simple game, uses his body, makes good first passes to exit the zone. Isn't going to give you a lot on offense.
Meanwhile, St Ivany, who is six months older, looked like a big AHL defenseman who isn't even AHL plus at this point.
According to Jones you would need a "haul" to trade Seeler; he is that valuable. I can't believe the crap that comes out of his mouth. He is so stuck in the 70's and he did not even play n the 70's. I di dnot think it was possible to miss Bill Clement.....Sounds like you built a solid argument to trade Seeler, since we have his replacement in house and ready.
I'm all for moving Seeler for a 5th or better, 6th or 7th might as well keep him for depth and see if you can get more for him over the summer or next TDL. Picks outside the 5th rd have close to zero value.Sounds like you built a solid argument to trade Seeler, since we have his replacement in house and ready.
