NVm, saw the reverse angle.

Larkin gets his head pushed down by Joseph and #27 gets a glove in on Larkins chin which caused the knock out.

Perron cross checks Zub

Perron should be suspended. But the NHL has set the precedent for sticks to heads at a 2K fine cause the League is a f***in joke. See Trouba.

Lol. Classy organization you got there, Ottawa when you care more about that than Larkin laying what looked like lifeless on the ice.
1 that's not an official team account
2 nothing he said there could be deemed classless
3 there are other tweet replies from that account about the Larkin injury

Time to take a break from the internet my guy.

Games? Lmao.

Punching Larkin the back of the head resulting in him laying motionless on the ice (also his second attempt to injure him during his career) isn't worth a suspension to you?
Nope, not even close. It wasn't joseph hitting him that caused the injury either bud. Your takes are way out of sync with what evryone else is saying. I've seen Red Wings players clear creases out way more physically than that.

There's a reason that after the refs reviewed they DOWNGRADED the sens penalties to only 2 minute minors. When do you ever see that happen? It's because they know there was nothing major worthy on the play.

Who’s still playing in the game, “bud”? Zub or Larkin?

Classy organization? You should look at the video again. Zub is trying to protect Larkin, Joseph is calling for a trainer, Korpisalo is trying to get everyone to get away from Larkin, Perron is the only person on the ice further endangering Larkin as he lays there motionless.

All of them really.
Not the one in OP. Stick and Glove could have hit Larkins head there. Over head angle could determine if it was just Glove or if it stick. The video in OP can’t show that.

Edit: NVm you were right the reverse angle shows clearly it was two gloves to Larkins face which punches him down and into a 3rd glove by #27 that delivers the knock out punch.

Video in OP shows none of that though.

Extremely intentional, should be 5+

When players smash a guys head during the play, you need to punish, but you miss your timing slightly and bad things can happen. On this play, it is completely intentional and Perron lost his mind.

The doghouse
Dude went after someone who was uninvolved in the incident and was calling for assistance….with an illegal cross check to their face. He didn’t even try to jump him or fight him, but simply took a stick to their face.

Should be a good suspension, I’m guessing no more than 2 games though because the NHL has issues

probably nothing since a two handed chop to the head is allowed now when there’s a net front battle. But should be 3 min.

Perron always does something stupid against the Sens and gifts the team a huge PP and momentum swing
