Bozak goes back on the first line and they get scored on. This guy gets gifted every opportunity and still fails consistently.

Yes.And Kadri has taken advantage of his situation too I see.Bozak is still bumping him off of the first line.

Watch Bibeau take the starting job at some point this season.

Like, one of Bernier or Reimer will get hurt, Bibeau will come up and start wrecking

Gardiner shutting Kessel down nicely. Similarly, the Penguins top guns haven't done much damage either. It's all depth scoring and it's plain that one team has depth scorers and the other does not.

Feel bad for Bernier. If I had a team like this in front of me I'd give up to. Must be frustrating to work with bad D and a offence that provides zero!

You have to remember this team is still mostly a Burke/Nonis joint assembly.
As a collection they suffer terribly.
They are like a Dam ready to break.
Fix the PK, the PP springs a leak.
Fix the PP, 5 on 5 dies.
Fix that, goaltending dies. Etc. Etc.
There is still much to purge here.

Didn't you argue that the Lupul line was the first line yesterday?

It's called agenda.

Kadri has been decent so Babcock is trying him with wingers so he can get others scoring

Bozak on the other hand, Babcock isn't happy I don't think

I don't see anyone asking for great goaltending, most would settle for below average starter at this point.
Really? With the comments here, you would think Bernier has to bail out the defense for every mistake they make or have a vezina calibre performance every game.
does Cory Schenider count? (i mean the Devils were 6th last year, but they were bad).

Yes. Him, Luongo, Vokoun, and others are an example of goaltenders playing well above their heads, but my point is that you're going to have a hard time winning games and performing well on a bottom 5 roster.

Yea the fact he gives up a ****** goal when shots are 5-5, or that he gives up ****** 1 shot goals on a regular occassion, or his head is up his ass as it bounces off the boards. Yea, I feel real bad for him. It's the defence & forwards.

The Pens have no depth, that's their weakness. Shut down Crosby/Kessel/Malkin and they won't score more than 1 goal. Unless they're playing the Leafs.
