McGinn-Geno-Rust would have Geno feeling like it’s 2016 again.

That’s basically Kunitz-Geno-Rust.

I'd want something a bit more finesse/pure shot on that RW than this version of Rust. But I've been saying since he was acquired that McGinn/Malkin is the start of a pretty good line, potentially. Or at least worth a look. But, you know... Jason Zucker is still a thing so good luck.

Not really. There were times I advocated for trying Tanev in the top 6, mainly cause of his bloated deal, but I don’t think he’s good enough positionally to click with Geno.

Tanev never reminded me of Kunitz. Kunitz was an extremely smart and savvy player, even in his later years. Tanev makes everything look difficult.
