OO its not Carter. I like Carter a lot. Carter just plays a slower game that benefits a smarter player like Heinen. Kap is speed and Carter cant play that game anymore

DOC is way smarter than Lafferty and doesn't take the dumb penalties. He needs to play with a center who isnt Boyle. When is the last time he played with someone other than a fringe NHL center.

He’ll always have one of Simon or ZAR with him too.

Sully has it worked out so he never has to keep a kid up for too long because they’ll never put up the numbers that make mgmt and ownership notice.

The thing that annoys me about Matheson is he'll make a great skating play to get the puck out of danger and then instead of making a nice easy pass to someone he'll keep carrying it and skate it back into trouble.

It's like he can fly and get out of danger but lacks the hockey sense to know what to do with the puck after that.

Yeah, I don't know. I recognize his bread and butter is in the transition game, but he's dumb as a f***ing stump, is a defensive liability, and doesn't really do anything of note offensively.
