That dude's psychotic. I get that sports make people emotional, but that dude's gotta get in touch with some professionals. I'd laugh, but it's sad as shit. Imagine caring about sports that much, holy hell.

Guy is widely known as a first class a-hole by those in the game used memorabilia circles. Big time rich kid who thinks they know everything vibes. Definitely some potentially legit mental health issues when it comes to Letang, though.

So hypothetically if the Pens do re-sign Letang it means they managed to get it done at a number where it doesn't preclude them from doing other things.

With that in mind, I'd have to think that if they do Letang signed, Malkin is shortly thereafter to follow, unless Malkin is looking for the moon.

Dude just sits on twitter screeching into the void, or at anyone who will listen, about how Letang is *actually* complete trash despite stats, analytics, and the eye test. :laugh: He's a mess.
 
I don't have a Twitter account because I figured there had to be a line I drew in the sand SOMEWHERE but based on FB comments responding to Pens articles I completely believe you guys. There is always that one utterly cracked guy that will come in and start ranting in giant run-on sentences about what a horrible person Malkin or Letang or whoever is and meanwhile the entire story they are commenting on is some fluff piece about their dog or some shit.

The worst part is honestly how many people agree with them, typically.

If they're both back, I don't expect much of anything beyond keeping guys like Kap and E-Rod around. /shrug

Though to be fair, if one or both are gone, I still don't expect much. :laugh:

Yeah I'm not expecting a ton of change if they both come back. Just saying I think it's likely Malkin signs as well if Letang does

Yeah, I think they'll both be back. I was iffy on Letang, and the closer FA day gets, I'm still wondering, but people seem confident Letang's return is imminent.

they need to get rid of jarry sign flury to mentor the young kids and get gadru and hometown miller to get a better second line maybe trade marino and a pick hextall has to do something it's been how many 1rd exits in a row????

The same people that were confident that Jagr's return was imminent, or that Hrdina for Zubrus was a done deal, or that Tie Domi was going to sign to play with his buddy Mario?
 


Why this matters? JP Barry is Malkin's agent as well, so Hextall could meet up with him to talk about Malkin too.

This is why I'm really hoping the Letang situation gets sorted out before the draft.
